Jan Triplett, Ph.D. is the Chief Operating Officer of the Business Success Center (BSC). The federal Small Business Administration (SBA) honored her as Austin and Texas’ Small Business Advocate for her work on behalf of small businesses.
She brings a wealth of experience to the table, including:
- Co-developer of Street MBA and award-winning City Management Academy
- Co-founder of the Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Texas
- Keynote presenter and international speaker
- NCRC Certified Business Technical Advisor
- Author of Networker’s Guide to Success
- Co-author of Thinking Big, Staying Small
- SBA award — Small Business Advocate, State of Texas
- Governor Ann Richards’ delegate to the White House Conference on Small Business
- Charter member of the Governor and President’s Business Leaders Network,
Council on People with Disabilities - NFIB delegate to the Congressional Summit on Small Business

Daniel Diener
Daniel W. Diener is the Chief Financial Officer of the BSC. In 2006, the federal SBA honored him as Texas’ and the five-state region’s Financial Services Champion.
Highlights of Daniel’s career include:

- Developer/creator financial management software for cash flow projections, debt control, job estimating and time tracking, financials ratios
