Six 3-hour sessions
It’s all about choices and how those choices impact each other. It’s about seeing your business as a whole — standing above it and viewing it as one business, one whole, with everything inter-related. Running it right means having comprehensive, unbiased information from experienced business owners with no hidden agenda.
Class 1
Direction
Re-check where you and your business are going and your potential for personal and business success. Examine your decisions to date and their implications.
Class 2
Money
Be sure you can you get it if you need it based on the organization and other choices you have made; if not, see what can you do about it.
Class 3
Culture
Don’t change you. Make sure you are making the most of the leader you are. Check to see that you have the right people in the right places to have the best products and services.
Classes 4 and 5
Tracking
Don’t spend time needlessly or waste financial resources. Do make sure your books “speak” your language and you have a handle on taxes and recordkeeping so you are in compliance. Find out what you can do to stay on top of things.
Class 6
Customers
People buy for emotional reasons which they back up with logic. You can improve your marketing and sales by attracting and keeping the right customers. Look at who you have now and how well they fit. Decide how to make your business more rewarding for them and you.
